It is mutually agreed the parties as follows:
The PURCHASER hereby engages the DJ and the DJ hereby agrees to
Perform the engagement herein provided, upon all terms and conditions herein set
forth, including those entitled" Additional Terms and Conditions".

    a)    All payments shall be paid by check, money order or bank draft as follows:
            Otey House or Herbert L.Otey

    DEPOSIT 50% (approx.)
    (a)    _______shall be paid by PURCHASER to and in the name of OTEY HOUSE
            OR HERBERT L. OTEY upon signing of contract.
    (b)    ________ balance shall be paid no later than_______. Cash preferred
    (c)    Balance shall be paid by PURCHASER to DJ day of the event.
            All payments shall be made in full without any deductions whatsoever.
